In the final weekend of the Term 3 school holidays, local Adelaide dance studios Pure Funk and Kultivate put together a weekend of collaboration workshops between the 2 studios. With Day 1 based at Kultivate Dance Academy and Day 2 at Pure Funk Dance Studios, students participated in workshops of various hip hop styles. Each class was led by a duo of choreographers, one from each studio, who had spent the weeks prior creating original choreography together. It was a great way to build community spirit while exposing dancers to styles they might have never tried before.
